About our prints
What is ITCLabStudio?
ITCLabStudio is an independent wall-art studio based in Portugal. It sells original cinematic art prints in five collections (Golden Hour Cities, Cities at Night, Celestial, Japandi and Motivational), made to order and shipped free with tracking.
Are your designs original?
Yes. Every artwork is an original digital design created by ITCLabStudio. Some pieces are inspired by artistic traditions, such as Japanese ukiyo-e woodblock prints, but they are new works, not reproductions.
What paper and materials do you use?
Unframed and framed prints use 250 gsm archival matte fine-art paper with a soft off-white tone. Frames are natural wood or matte-black aluminium with shatterproof acrylic glazing. Aluminium prints are printed on a 3 mm aluminium panel and wood prints on a 2 cm wood panel.
Do the frames come ready to hang?
Yes. Natural wood and black metal framed prints arrive fully assembled with the artwork already mounted behind the glazing, ready to hang.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
Very closely, but screens differ in brightness and colour settings, so small variations are normal. Matte fine-art paper also gives a softer, less glossy look than a backlit screen.
Sizes & formats
Which sizes are available?
Seven portrait sizes: 20 × 30, 30 × 40, 30 × 45, 40 × 50, 40 × 60, 45 × 60 and 50 × 70 cm (8 × 12 to 20 × 28 inches), in every format.
How do I choose the right size?
Pick art roughly two-thirds the width of the furniture below it. 50 × 70 cm suits a sofa or bed; 30 × 40 cm suits shelves, desks and gallery walls. Our size guide shows every size to scale.
Can I order a size or a city you don't list?
Send us a message. New cities and series are added regularly, and requests help us decide what to design next.
Orders, shipping & returns
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Tracked shipping is free on every order, and the price you see already includes VAT where it applies.
Where do you ship from?
From a partner print studio close to you. Orders are produced in more than 30 countries across Europe, the UK, North America, Australia and beyond, so parcels travel shorter distances.
How long will my order take?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Most orders to Europe, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia then arrive within 3–8 business days, and you receive a tracking link by email.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Email support@itclabstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to send the damaged item back.
Can I return a print?
Yes. EU consumers can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason: tell us at refund@itclabstudio.com and we send you the return address. Return the item unused in its original packaging and we refund the purchase price. See shipping and returns for details.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Not yet. Prints ship directly from the print studio in protective packaging, so you can have a gift delivered straight to the recipient.
