The data controller for this website and shop is ITCLabStudio, based in Portugal. For any question about your personal data, or to exercise your rights, write to info@itclabstudio.com.

What we collect and why

• Order data (name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order contents): to produce, ship and invoice your order and to provide customer service. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
• Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
• Messages you send by email or via the contact form: to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Newsletter (only if you subscribe): to send updates about new collections. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Cookies: see our cookie policy.

Who we share it with

Our print and fulfilment partner (to produce and ship your order to your address), payment providers, carriers, and our hosting and IT providers. Some partners may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Portuguese tax law requires. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing info@itclabstudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
