Terms and conditions of sale

1. Who we are

This website and online shop are operated by ITCLabStudio, based in Portugal. You can reach us at info@itclabstudio.com or through our contact form. For questions about an order or a delivery, write to support@itclabstudio.com; for returns and refunds, to refund@itclabstudio.com.

2. Products

We sell original art prints in several formats (unframed fine-art prints, framed prints, aluminium prints and wood prints). Each item is made to order after you place your order. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered on the site. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; if so, we will contact you and you may cancel.

4. Orders and contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product cannot be produced, in which case we refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Orders are produced by partner print studios close to the delivery address and shipped with tracking. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, inform us by a clear statement within that period, for example by email to refund@itclabstudio.com or via our contact form; we will then send you the return address. Return the goods unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of informing us. We refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the payment method you used for the order; we may wait until we have received the goods back or you have sent us proof of return, whichever is earlier. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you.

7. Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email support@itclabstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Intellectual property

All artworks, images and texts on this website are owned by ITCLabStudio. Purchasing a print gives you ownership of the physical item for personal display, not any right to reproduce the design.

9. Complaints and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@itclabstudio.com so we can put it right. If a dispute cannot be resolved with us, consumers may turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity for consumer disputes; the list of entities in Portugal is published on the Portal do Consumidor (www.consumidor.gov.pt). You may also file a complaint in the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações).
