Every ITCLabStudio print is made to order and produced by a partner print studio near your delivery address, in more than 30 countries. Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

Production
Your print is made to order, usually within 2–5 business days.
Delivery
Once it leaves production you receive a tracking link by email. Most orders to Europe, the UK, the United States, Canada and Australia arrive within 3–8 business days after dispatch; other destinations can take longer.
Customs
Because most orders are printed inside the destination region, they usually travel without import duties. For destinations where that is not possible, local duties or taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.
Packaging
Framed prints arrive fully assembled with shatterproof acrylic glazing, protected with corner guards and sturdy packaging. Unframed prints are packed to stay flat and clean. Aluminium and wood prints are shipped in rigid protective packaging.
Returns
If something is not right
Damaged or misprinted?
If your print arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email support@itclabstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you do not need to return the item.
Changed your mind?
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us within that period by email to refund@itclabstudio.com or via our contact form, and we will send you the return address. Return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of your notice, once the item is back with us or you have sent us proof of return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
