About this artwork
The Burj Khalifa rises through the centre of the composition like a blade of light, its stepped glass sections glowing blue and cyan up to the needle of its spire. Smoke-soft clouds drift past its middle, and behind it a line of desert dunes holds a pale peach glow under the night sky.
Below, downtown spreads out in a band of gold, white and magenta lights, with palms standing in silhouette along the road. The street in the foreground is wet and dark, so every light is mirrored back in long, shimmering lines. Deep textured blue fills the rest of this Dubai night print, giving the tower room to breathe; the result is modern and glamorous yet calm, a vertical design that adds height to a wall. Near the base the city name is set in a classic serif, with 'UAE' in small capitals below.
About the Burj Khalifa at Night
The Burj Khalifa has been the world's tallest building since it opened in 2010, and at night its facade becomes a screen. LEDs across the tower carry light shows for national days, holidays and celebrations, most famously on New Year's Eve, when fireworks run up its full height. At its foot, the Dubai Fountain performs choreographed water-and-light shows through the evening on the lake at the tower's base, and Downtown Dubai's promenades fill as the heat of the day fades.

Does the Dubai print show the Burj Khalifa's real lighting?
No, the colours are an artistic interpretation. The tower is rendered in cool blue and cyan to suit the night palette of the collection, not as a record of any particular light show.
What else appears in the Dubai design besides the tower?
Desert dunes in soft peach rise behind the city, palm silhouettes line the road, and downtown's lights spill gold and magenta across the wet street at the bottom.
Is a frame included?
Only if you choose a framed format. The Natural Wood Frame and Black Metal Frame options arrive assembled with acrylic glazing and are ready to hang. The Unframed Art Print arrives without a frame, and the Aluminium and Wood Prints need no frame at all.
Which size should I choose?
