About this artwork
Jupiter fills the middle of the frame as a full, round globe, lit from the left so its right side sinks into soft shadow. Its cloud bands run in ribbons of cream, ivory, ochre and amber, and one lower belt curls into a tight eddy, a nod to the turbulent weather that defines the real planet. Set into a golden band near the top sits a small, vivid red spot.
Above, a cloud of gold-leaf texture spills from the top left corner while the Milky Way streams across the upper right. Teal billows rise from the bottom left and blush-pink cloud flecked with gold mirrors them on the opposite side, keeping the composition balanced around the planet. This Jupiter wall art feels warm rather than cold and scientific, making it an easy fit for lived-in rooms as well as studies and libraries.
About Jupiter
Jupiter is the largest planet in the Solar System, with more than twice the mass of all the other planets combined. Composed mainly of hydrogen and helium, it spins faster than any other planet, completing a day in about ten hours. Its Great Red Spot is a giant storm wider than Earth that has been observed for well over 150 years. In 1610 Galileo discovered its four largest moons: Io, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto.

Questions & answers
What is the red spot on Jupiter?
It is the Great Red Spot, an enormous, long-lived storm in Jupiter's atmosphere that is wider than Earth. It has been shrinking over recent decades but remains the planet's most famous feature, which is why it appears as a red accent in this design.
Would this print suit a child's room?
Yes. Jupiter's striped, round shape is easy to recognise, and the warm palette keeps it friendly rather than dark. It works well in a space-themed bedroom or playroom and grows with the child into a more grown-up astronomy piece.
Is a frame included?
Only if you choose a framed format. The Natural Wood Frame and Black Metal Frame options arrive assembled with acrylic glazing and are ready to hang. The Unframed Art Print arrives without a frame, and the Aluminium and Wood Prints need no frame at all.
Which size should I choose?
As a rule of thumb, choose art about two-thirds the width of the furniture beneath it. 50 × 70 cm makes a statement above a sofa or bed, 30 × 40 cm suits shelves, desks and gallery walls. Our size guide shows every size to scale.
How is my print made and shipped?
Each print is made to order for you, then shipped with tracking from a production partner close to your address. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves production.
