About this artwork
The twin towers fill almost the full height of the design, each faceted shaft glowing with rows of warm and cool lights up to its slender pinnacle. Between them the skybridge and its angled legs stand out pale against a deep night sky streaked with cloud and haze.
At their feet a fountain sends up a bright plume, and a single small figure stands before it, dwarfed by the architecture. Palms line the boulevard on both sides, neighbouring towers glow in the background, and a few neon signs flicker on the right. The road in front is rain-wet, so the towers reappear upside down in pools of teal, gold and magenta. Crisp, symmetrical and confident, this Kuala Lumpur night print is a modern piece with a cinematic glow. Its two-word city name stretches across the reflections in a refined serif, above 'Malaysia' in small capitals.
About the Petronas Towers at Night
A double-decker skybridge links the Petronas Twin Towers at the 41st and 42nd floors, and after dark the steel-clad towers are lit from base to pinnacle, still the tallest twin towers in the world. In KLCC Park below, the Lake Symphony fountain runs evening shows of water and light. Nearby in Bukit Bintang, the food stalls and street tables of Jalan Alor open as the sun goes down and stay busy late into the night.

Questions & answers
Is the skybridge visible in the Kuala Lumpur print?
Yes. The skybridge and its angled supports span the gap between the two towers, picked out in pale light against the night sky.
Is there a person in the Kuala Lumpur design?
A single small silhouette stands by the fountain at the foot of the towers. It is anonymous and tiny, there to show the scale of the architecture rising above it.
Is a frame included?
Only if you choose a framed format. The Natural Wood Frame and Black Metal Frame options arrive assembled with acrylic glazing and are ready to hang. The Unframed Art Print arrives without a frame, and the Aluminium and Wood Prints need no frame at all.
Which size should I choose?
