Heavy cloud fills the upper half of the frame, lifting just enough at the horizon to let a thin strip of pale light through. Beneath it, ridge after ridge of mountains fades into haze. On a dark outcrop in the middle distance, a single figure stands with their back to us, looking out at all that space.
"Find Your Why" is set in silver capitals over the figure's outcrop, followed by a gold rule, the italic line "He who has a why can bear almost any how." and Nietzsche named between fine gold dashes. Most of the image is shadow, which gives this Nietzsche quote print a thoughtful, slightly brooding mood. It suits a reading corner or desk where bigger questions get worked through, and it makes a considered gift for a graduate, a career changer or someone rebuilding after a hard year.
About the Quote
The line is based on Friedrich Nietzsche's Twilight of the Idols (1889), where one of the short maxims says that if we have our own why of life, we can put up with almost any how. The psychiatrist Viktor Frankl quoted it in Man's Search for Meaning, and his phrasing helped make it famous in English. The print uses a shortened version. The idea is that a clear reason makes hardship bearable, and "Find Your Why" turns that into a starting point.

Did Nietzsche say "He who has a why can bear almost any how"?
Essentially, yes. It paraphrases a maxim in Twilight of the Idols. The popular English wording spread largely through Viktor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning, which quotes Nietzsche on this point.
What does "find your why" mean?
It means identifying the deeper reason behind what you do. Once that purpose is clear, the effort, setbacks and routine of how you get there become easier to accept and sustain.
Is a frame included?
