About the Quote
The words echo a famous speech from the 2006 film Rocky Balboa, in which Sylvester Stallone's Rocky tells his son that winning is not about how hard you hit but about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. The print's line is a shortened paraphrase of that idea. It has become a staple of boxing gyms and locker rooms because it moves the focus from talent to endurance: the ability to take a setback, absorb it and continue.

Is the quote from Rocky?
It is inspired by it. In Rocky Balboa (2006), Rocky says it is about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; the print uses a shorter paraphrase alongside the headline Keep Moving Forward.
Will it suit a gym that is not boxing-focused?
Yes. The boxer sets the scene, but the message about absorbing hits and continuing fits weightlifting, running, martial arts and general fitness spaces just as well.
Is a frame included?
Only if you choose a framed format. The Natural Wood Frame and Black Metal Frame options arrive assembled with acrylic glazing and are ready to hang. The Unframed Art Print arrives without a frame, and the Aluminium and Wood Prints need no frame at all.
Which size should I choose?
