What does "Results or reasons" mean?
It means that every effort leaves you with one of two things: the result itself, or a reason why it did not happen. The phrase encourages taking responsibility instead of collecting explanations.
Is No Excuses too harsh for a home office?
Not for most people. The design is monochrome and uncluttered, so the effect is focused rather than aggressive, and many hang it in a workspace as a reminder to start the hardest task first.
Is a frame included?
