About this artwork
The frame is a close view of dark road surface, every chip of aggregate catching tiny points of light. A soft glow lifts the top right corner, as though a streetlamp were just out of shot, and the texture falls away into black towards the base.
"Talent Needs Work" sits in small gold capitals above the two-line headline "Outwork Everyone", set in heavy silver. Unlike most designs in the collection, there is no italic quote and no rule beneath; the headline simply ends the composition. That restraint suits the message. The headline is meant to stand alone. Outwork Everyone is already a complete instruction, and the gold line Talent Needs Work above it gives the context, so the layout stays spare and direct.

Is a frame included?
