About Gstaad
Gstaad is a village in the Saanenland, in the western Bernese Oberland, close to the border between the cantons of Bern and Vaud. It is known for its traditional wooden chalets, which local building rules keep in style, for a car-free promenade lined with shops and cafés, and for its long reputation as a glamorous winter retreat. Skiing spreads across several surrounding mountains rather than one single slope, and horse-drawn sleigh rides through the snowy valleys remain a much-loved winter tradition.

Does the Gstaad poster work as Christmas decor?
Yes, and beyond Christmas too. The garlands, lights and decorated firs give it a festive glow, but the snowy village and alpine peaks keep it right for the whole winter, so it can stay up from late autumn to early spring.
Is there a skier in the Gstaad poster?
No. This design focuses on village life rather than the slopes: decorated chalets, a church spire and a horse-drawn carriage at dusk. It makes a gentle counterpoint to the more action-filled skiing scenes in the collection.
Is a frame included?
Only if you choose a framed format. The Natural Wood Frame and Black Metal Frame options arrive assembled with acrylic glazing and are ready to hang. The Unframed Art Print arrives without a frame, and the Aluminium and Wood Prints need no frame at all.
Which size should I choose?
