About the Algarve
The Algarve is Portugal's southernmost region, running along the Atlantic coast from Cape St Vincent in the west to the Spanish border on the Guadiana river. Its central and western shoreline is famous for golden limestone cliffs, sea caves, arches and stacks shaped by the waves. Ponta da Piedade near Lagos and the Benagil sea cave are among the best-known sights, often explored by small boat or kayak. Whitewashed fishing towns, grilled sardines and cataplana stews complete the picture.

Does the Algarve poster show a real viewpoint?
It shows an imagined stretch of Algarve coast rather than one exact spot. The sea stacks, arches and golden cliffs draw on places such as Ponta da Piedade near Lagos, simplified into the flat shapes and warm light of an art deco travel poster.
Which colours are in the Algarve print?
Turquoise and teal sea, golden sand and ochre rock, a burnt-orange sunset sky and touches of olive green. The cream title band and navy lettering calm the palette, so it sits easily with natural wood, white walls and warm neutrals.
Is a frame included?
